I advise on company formation and operations, shareholder relations, directors' liability and corporate transactions. I also draft, review and negotiate commercial, civil and employment agreements with a practical focus on protecting clients' interests.

My work includes judicial and out-of-court proceedings involving claims, enforcement, contractual disputes, insolvency, employment matters, evictions, inheritances and white-collar offences. I prepare claims, appeals and procedural submissions, attend hearings and trials, and coordinate with courts, public authorities and notaries.

Previously at Hoist Finance, I managed high-volume debt recovery and portfolio acquisition matters through payment orders, enforcement and civil proceedings. I'm comfortable using LexNET, Excel, Word, FICO Debt Manager, DocuWare and legal management tools.
