At Playgama, I build growth and ranking systems end to end for a web gaming platform serving 5M+ MAU. I redesigned homepage ranking to balance revenue, CTR, and content diversity, contributing to a 36% lift in median session playtime.
I built 332-feature user segments for personalized recommendations, increasing playtime by 10% in targeted cohorts through A/B testing. I also own critical Airflow pipelines that give Product reliable daily insights for weekly growth experiments.
I ship the data and backend foundations behind these systems, including content-serving, asynchronous ClickHouse event collection, and partner-analytics services. By optimizing ClickHouse compression, I delivered 30% storage savings and 4.2× faster analytical queries.
I’ve also built an API-level LLM agent for executive company-data questions and daily marketing reporting, using OpenRouter, MCP, custom tools, and Airflow. As a founding engineer, I’ve onboarded 5+ developers and helped shape ML and data-engineering practices while moving toward technical leadership.
