At TemaBit, Fozzy Group, I’m the technical lead for a regulated banking AWS EKS platform. I led the migration of business-critical workloads from Docker Swarm to Amazon EKS and started platform SLOs by enabling mesh metrics, writing recording rules, and creating an SLO dashboard.

I introduced on-call handovers and incident audits, and enforced production guardrails with Kyverno. I also designed GitOps delivery with ArgoCD ApplicationSets and Argo Rollouts, and built a Backstage portal proof of concept; for operations, I rolled out AWS DevOps Agent and a reviewed knowledge repository used by four coding agents.
