I reorganised holding structures in IFZA and RAKEZ, established companies in Cyprus and Delaware, and structured Seed, ESOP, SAFE, and dual-class equity issuance supporting a $22 million raise.
Previously at Yandex, I supported an AI start-up across international corporate, commercial, compliance, and data-privacy matters. I implemented tax planning that reduced tax burden by 40%, built privacy compliance frameworks, supported GDPR, STAR, ISO and SOC work, and drafted commercial contracts for an AI/IT SaaS product.
