My M.Pharm thesis focused on formulating and evaluating gastroretentive beads of Sertraline Hydrochloride using ionotropic gelation. I evaluated bead buoyancy and drug entrapment efficiency, and conducted in-vitro drug-release studies.
At Aurochem Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd., I completed one month of training in pharmaceutical laboratory practices and documentation, with workshop exposure to HPLC, FTIR, and UV-VIS Spectrophotometer.
