What I'm looking for

I want to carry the lessons I learned at Falah and in the Pakistani healthcare system into my practice by performing at least one surgery free of cost on every elective list, even if I have to pay for it myself. I also want to advocate for free healthcare at every opportunity.

At Mayo Hospital, I completed a 12-month housemanship with rotations in Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, and Anesthesia. I’m an aspiring surgeon and an MBBS graduate of Aga Khan University.

As a Research Trainee in the Dean’s Clinical Research Fellowship at Aga Khan University Hospital, I worked on data analysis, manuscript writing, protocol design, and grant proposal writing. I also presented project progress to colleagues and supervisors.

My research includes peer-reviewed articles and a submitted cross-validation study of ChatGPT 4-based models for diabetic retinopathy detection. Volunteering at Falah, a student-run NGO, shaped my commitment to advocating for free healthcare and providing free surgery in my future practice.
