At Sand Technologies, I build evaluation and observability for healthcare access assistants, connecting prompt configurations to production outcomes through traces, logs, and task-success metrics.

I diagnose workflow failures, ship safer prompt and tool-call changes, and create experimentation harnesses with feature flags, canary deployments, regression checks, and monitoring. I also integrate RAG retrieval with evaluation gating and harden agent tooling APIs for reliable peak-request performance.

Previously at Alloy and Wonder, I built agent orchestration, workflow automation, analytics dashboards, integration APIs, and testing systems that improved operational reliability and reduced production defects.
