At IPKO, I worked as a Sales Agent, handling sales and contracts in the telecom sector.
During my internship at TEB Bank, I supported retail KYC work and compliance monitoring related to AML/KYC.
At Banka Ekonomike e Kosovës, I interned as a Customer advisor / Cashier, supporting customer service and cash transactions, transfers, and deposits.
I also interned in the Finance, Budget & Economy sector at Municipality of Suhareka, processing vehicle and transport registrations and handling tax and property documentation. I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration from University of Prizren “Ukshin Hoti,” and completed entrepreneurship training certified by GIZ Smart Innovation Centre.
