What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into corporate travel or client services, where I can use empathetic multilingual communication, CRM skills, and cross-team coordination to deliver reliable, premium client care.

I've supported patients and families at Hiwa Cancer Hospital in Sulaymaniyah, communicating clearly in high-stress settings while assisting oncology pharmacists with medication preparation, guidance, dispensing procedures, and confidential records.

Previously, I supported 14–18 clients per shift at Hemtjänst in Sweden and built trust through attentive, individualized service. At LEDIL, I planned social media content, supported promotional events, and gathered market insights; I’m now focused on bringing my multilingual communication, CRM foundations, and coordination skills to corporate travel and client services.
