At Freelance, I designed and built a webhook delivery engine with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Redis Streams. It handles event fan-out, automatic retries, and HMAC-signed delivery.
I load-tested the system with 10,000 events and deliberate worker failures and Redis outages; 98% were delivered, no events were lost, and recovery was automatic within seconds. I documented the behavior with load tests and reproducible demos.
Before moving into backend engineering in 2025, I spent over five years at EICMEP leading legal, compliance, and risk-analysis work.
