My psychology studies at University “Hasan Prishtine” included practical work with schoolchildren and an internship at QENDRA E KUJDESIT DITORE PEMA, supporting children with special needs.
During my 2018–2021 experience, I also observed individuals and monitored the safety of people with disabilities while helping manage situations. I completed training in positive psychology and supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental illness.
