What I'm looking for

I am seeking litigation or dispute-resolution roles where I can leverage courtroom experience, research and drafting skills, grow under senior counsel, and work on complex civil, criminal and arbitration matters in a collaborative firm culture.

I am a litigation-focused lawyer with hands-on experience representing clients in criminal, civil, family and trademark matters before the Supreme Court, various High Courts and district courts. I have drafted petitions, counter-affidavits, written submissions, bail applications and other procedural documents across diverse matters.

My practical training spans internships and associate roles where I researched complex legal issues, assisted senior counsel in hearings, prepared case briefs, and drafted pleadings in arbitration, commercial disputes, criminal prosecutions and consumer matters. I have handled trademark disputes, insurance denial appeals, parole and prison leave applications, and matters under the PCPNDT and Consumer Protection Act.

I pursue continuous professional development through courses in contract drafting, negotiation and arbitration strategy, and contribute to legal writing. I bring strong courtroom exposure, legal research skills and a collaborative work ethic, and I am eager to contribute to a practice focused on litigation and dispute resolution.
