At RadiantX Technology, I designed the E-Mobility E-Tuk app from the ground up, including booking flows, onboarding, and ticketing features. I also solely led the design of a tablet-based delivery portal for orders, e-signing, and deliveries.
At Startoon Labs, I rolled out premium features and specialized tests, and launched gamification themes to support subscription upgrades and retention. I led field research and interviews, creating personas that informed design decisions and product strategy.
