Aradhana Gambhir

I’m a compassionate and accomplished Psychologist, Counsellor, and Educator with 20+ years of counselling experience and 25+ years of teaching Psychology. As an International Affiliate of the American Psychological Association (APA), I bring empathy and evidence-based practice to guiding adolescents, families, and communities through challenges.

Since 2000, I’ve provided free psychological counselling to students, parents, and educators nationwide through the CBSE Tele-Helpline & Ministry of Education (Manodarpan), supporting concerns related to stress, anxiety, exam pressure, grief, and family adjustment. From 2006 to 2025, I served as a Senior Psychology Educator & School Counsellor, teaching Classes XI & XII Psychology (CBSE) and serving as in-house counsellor for adolescents facing emotional, academic, and family-related challenges.

I lead workshops on stress management, resilience building, grief healing, and healthy family relationships, and I facilitate career guidance programs for academic and personal transitions. I also conduct action research—using tools such as Bell’s Adjustment Inventory—to improve parent-adolescent relationships and student adjustment, and I’ve coordinated international cultural exchange programs with schools in Japan, UK, Korea, and Australia.
