At ILI.DIGITAL, I own QA strategy and release readiness across four enterprise product platforms. I set testing roadmaps and risk-based coverage, and apply go/no-go criteria before release sign-off.
I built and maintain a 300+ test Playwright suite using the Page Object Model. I also partner with developers on unit test coverage and review acceptance criteria before development starts.
For AI-powered conversational and agentic products, I evaluate non-deterministic outputs using accuracy, relevance, consistency, and grounding criteria. I probe hallucinations, prompt injection, guardrails, and agent tool calling.
Earlier, at Mizo Studio and Whiztec, I tested web, iOS, and Android builds and managed defects through Jira. I also mentor three junior QA engineers at ILI.DIGITAL and report quality measures including accuracy, precision, recall, defect leakage, and coverage.
