I'm looking for a warehouse, fulfilment, or supply chain operations role where I can apply process rigor, inventory control, SOP development, and data-driven decision-making to improve daily execution.

At Wakefit Innovations, I run daily warehouse planning and dispatch for 125–200 mattress units across B2B, B2C, and retail channels.

I introduced an ODA inventory segregation zone that reduced unplanned ODA stock to single digits and supported a 90% delivery rate. I also automated driver and delivery reporting into an hourly dashboard and authored SOPs for inbound, refurbishment, dispatch, and post-sales operations.

Previously, I used Excel and Power BI for process, spend, budget, risk, and resource analysis in fintech, while building experience in SLA management, root cause analysis, and service operations. I bring an MBA in Systems & Operations and use data-driven process improvement to strengthen daily execution.
