At Wells Fargo, I lead the Fixed Income pod’s day-to-day surveillance, alert investigations, and risk assessments. I also lead automation and process transformation initiatives and design detective controls to address gaps where automated controls are unavailable or insufficient.
At HSBC, I led and trained a team of 10 FTE responsible for Level 1 trade surveillance for the EMEA region. I partnered with Change, Trade Transformation, and control owners to design, test, and deploy controls across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives.
Earlier, at Morgan Stanley, I investigated trade surveillance alerts and supported regulatory inquiries. I also built and maintained a Tableau surveillance dashboard consolidating trading metrics across 8 APAC markets.
