Aphiwe Ngubane
@aphiwengubane
I am a creative and driven individual with a passion for innovation.
What I'm looking for
I started off in the traditional route of going straight to university after high school. My academic journey was marked by a commitment to excellence, as evidenced by my placement on the Dean’s Merit List. I developed a strong foundation in critical thinking and cross-cultural communication, which I believe are essential skills in today’s interconnected world.
However, I soon realised that it wasn’t the right fit for me. After 12 years of schooling and abiding to a set routine, I wanted to forge my own path— one that allows me to explore my creativity without limits and focus on gaining practical, hands-on experience. I believe real-world application and growth are more valuable than theoretical knowledge tied to a piece of paper that doesn’t necessarily reflect readiness or capability.
Thus far, I have gained practical experience as a part-time English tutor, where I have honed my teaching and communication skills. My previous role as an Admin Assistant allowed me to manage various administrative tasks, including diary management and office organization. I thrive in dynamic environments and am adept at multitasking, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
