What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a senior backend role where I can own complex systems end-to-end, design reliable and scalable Python services, improve architecture and engineering processes, and help teams ship software faster through automation and modern AI-assisted workflows.

At VK, I lead backend development for an automated role-based access platform serving 18,000+ employees, cutting onboarding access provisioning time by 67–80%.

I re-architected the product and role platform into a domain-driven, event-driven backend for role provisioning and multi-step approvals. I also enabled 5,000+ access approvals per month through a corporate messenger and built an LLM agent that handles access requests in natural language with MCP-based tool execution.

I extract services from monoliths, including an asynchronous mailings microservice that increased email delivery speed by 30% and reduced monolith load by 20%. I’ve also mentored two engineers from intern to mid-level.

Outside VK, I built and operated ArtWay.space, a booking platform processing 3,000+ bookings across five studios, and founded SafeWay.app, where I developed the backend, mobile application, API design, data models, deployment, and landing page.
