I'm currently operating 4-column hydraulic press machines at Al Zamil Industry, Trade & Transport (Zamilco) in Riyadh, manufacturing industrial composite manhole covers and ground vent covers.
I install and align molds, adjust dies, monitor hydraulic pressure, heating temperature, and cycle timing throughout compression molding runs. I prepare and load SMC and composite materials, inspect finished products, and work to reduce raw-material waste.
Previously at RFL Group in Bangladesh, I supervised daily floor production, tracked worker output, enforced product specifications and delivery timelines, and performed quality checks to catch surface and structural defects early.
I also support preventive maintenance, routine mechanical troubleshooting, safe machine operation, and workplace cleanliness under occupational health and safety procedures.
