At Accenture, I contribute to the DevOps and infrastructure automation team on Travelers Corp. I engineered and operated a shared CloudBees Jenkins platform supporting approximately 1,500 teams, 4,000 licensed engineers, and around 500 production builds per day.
I designed a Jenkins-based validation framework for 97 enterprise Docker images, with image-specific checks embedded in the release workflow. I also delivered their migration from Oracle JDK to Amazon Corretto in three weeks, coordinating validation with 20 application teams and completing the rollout with zero production failures.
On the Travelers platform, I reduced a roughly 50-ticket operational backlog to six tickets in three weeks and designed three Jenkins automation workflows for license lifecycle management and recurring reporting. I also maintained platform operations through the transition from on-premises infrastructure to Amazon EKS.
At Accenture, I also built and maintained Azure infrastructure-as-code repositories for State Street Corporation, using Terraform and Terragrunt. Earlier, as a Software Engineer at TECH MAHINDRA, I worked on Linux operations, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, Azure migrations, and Docker containers for a monolithic-to-microservices migration.
