Anushka Soni

I’m a BAMS undergraduate driven by curiosity to explore diverse fields beyond conventional healthcare. My goal is to build a holistic perspective by understanding the interconnectedness of different domains, so my learning stays integrative and well-rounded.

Through “Healthcare Exposure (Academic & Practical),” I’ve participated in health awareness camps, assisting with basic patient interaction and health education. I’ve also observed clinical approaches and patient handling during academic training, building a foundational understanding of Ayurveda principles and lifestyle-based treatments.

Outside direct training, I enjoy teamwork and ownership—whether it’s supporting “Student Activities & Coordination” or coordinating with groups for academic tasks and presentations. I’ve assisted in organizing college events by contributing to team coordination, planning, and execution.

For learning and impact, I developed structured presentations on Ayurveda and health topics. I’m also exploring medical content creation focused on health awareness and wellness education, aiming to communicate clearly and critically so people can understand and apply healthy practices.
