Owned UX design for multiple B2B products, including a prepaid card ecosystem in partnership with Yes Bank, focused on employee engagement and financial workflows. Led end-to-end product design for a payment application and two web platforms to support corporate monitoring and internal operations for card issuance, offers, and wallet top-ups.

Solely led the end-to-end redesign of a B2C payment application for teenagers, focusing on promoting financial independence while ensuring trust and safety through guardian verified onboarding. Conducted heuristic evaluations and stakeholder interviews to identify usability gaps and drive iterative improvements, coordinating with product and engineering to deliver implementation-ready designs.

Owned design and contributed to development of an electricity billing app for the UPPCL project as the sole designer on the team. Translated approved designs into production by leading development of key modules and delivered an end-to-end e-billing application to ensure design-to-development integration.
