I'm looking to lead end-to-end QA delivery for regulated healthcare or LIMS systems, with ownership of validation, release governance, stakeholder alignment, and team development while driving measurable process improvements.

At NeoGenomics Laboratories, I lead end-to-end QA delivery for LabVantage 8 LIMS, from requirement intake through production support.

I've delivered 14 major enterprise releases across complex workflows and manage QA for two integrated systems with bi-weekly releases. I oversee release readiness, validation strategy, test execution, and sign-off aligned with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.

I lead a team of 15+ QA engineers through capacity planning, task allocation, mentoring, and performance management. I also partner with business and engineering teams to translate needs, clarify workflows, lead UAT, and manage risks and escalations.

I've reduced QA cycle time by approximately 20–30% through process improvements and team enablement. I also lead root-cause analysis and durable fixes for high-impact production issues while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
