At Federal Soft Systems, I develop and maintain backend services for healthcare management applications using Java and Spring Boot. I also design RESTful APIs and microservices for appointment scheduling, patient management, and notification workflows.
I secure application access with JWT authentication and role-based authorization using Spring Security. I’ve also optimized database performance through SQL tuning, indexing strategies, and custom JPQL queries.
On Doxy, a doctor appointment system, I developed features for appointment booking, patient management, and medical records. I implemented optimistic locking to prevent appointment slot conflicts and integrated email, SMS, and payment gateway services.
