What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a supply chain management role where I can apply project coordination, logistics, inventory management, process improvement, and vendor negotiation skills to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.

I've supported warehouse and logistics operations across RPX Express, SAP Express, NCS Express, Gojek Tokopedia Logistics, and Coldspace.

My work includes receiving and validating goods, barcode scanning, generating airwaybills, sorting outbound items, tracking shipments, and handling customer complaints.

At NCS Express, I coordinated courier operations, distributed packages by delivery zone, monitored delivery success and returns, and guided couriers on company SOP.

I've also managed putaway and cycle counts, reconciled physical stock against system records, and handled cold-storage inventory while maintaining product and warehouse temperatures.
