I investigate fraud and security alerts through real-time analysis, log review, and evidence-based escalation. My work spans fraud detection, phishing investigations, endpoint monitoring, and incident triage.

At Bank of America, I analyze more than 60 debit-card alerts daily, correlating geolocation, device fingerprints, metadata, and customer behavior to identify suspicious activity. I escalate confirmed fraud cases and educate clients about phishing, unsafe links, and online fraud.

During my cybersecurity consulting internship at Whirlpool Corporation, I supported PCI DSS compliance assessments by documenting security processes, analyzing payment-environment workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending aligned controls.

I've also completed cloud-based SOC simulations in Microsoft Azure and KQL, along with hands-on training in alert triage, log analysis, phishing investigation, and threat detection across Windows, Linux, and network environments. I bring high-pressure security operations experience from maintaining safety, responding to incidents, and documenting concerns in a correctional environment.
