At Red Hat, I led and implemented incident-response automation in ICM using Microsoft Logic Apps. It automates data gathering and RCA preparation for incoming cluster incidents, saving approximately 10–30 minutes per incident at around 10 incidents a day.
I contributed extensively to the ARO-RP production codebase in Go, including a major migration to the newer ARM Network SDK. I also built a personal PR-review automation that uses a custom LLM prompt and produces an HTML report to supplement manual review.
Earlier at Red Hat, I automated OpenShift Virtualization QE pipelines with Jenkins and built a centralized Loki logging platform with Ansible. My earlier work included QA automation, testing and team coordination at Forcepoint, SentinelOne, CyberArk and ObserveIT.
