AI doesn’t fail in organisations because it lacks intelligence. It fails because organisations were never designed for intelligence that isn’t human.
I’m an AI & Behavioural Science Strategist with a dual background in psychology (PhD) and computer science (BSc). I specialise in the gap between technically capable AI and behaviourally effective AI, the place where trust, incentives, and decision-making determine whether systems succeed or quietly fail.
I help organisations move AI from capability to adoption by reducing cognitive friction, strengthening trust, and redesigning how AI fits into real workflows. My work focuses less on models in isolation, and more on how AI changes human judgment, accountability, and organisational dynamics.
I’ve worked across government, enterprise, and large-scale digital services, including programs involving digital identity, national service transformation, and complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems. I’m strongest in roles that require translating between executives, engineers, researchers, and product teams, bringing clarity to ambiguity and aligning technology with how people actually think and work.
While I’m technically fluent (including generative AI workflows, RAG architectures, and modern data pipelines), my primary value is diagnosing why AI initiatives stall after the demo and helping organisations redesign around those constraints.
🌍 International work
I’m open to global roles (remote, hybrid, consultancy, or relocation). As an Australian citizen, I’m eligible for the U.S. E-3 Specialty Occupation Visa, which is employer-friendly and requires no lottery, no annual quota issues, and no filing fees.
This means I’m effectively hireable like a U.S. candidate for roles requiring specialised expertise.
🔹 What I bring
• AI adoption and behavioural risk diagnostics
• Human-centred AI strategy grounded in cognitive science
• Systems thinking for complex digital and AI-enabled services
• Clear executive-level communication and influence
• A track record delivering impact across public and private sectors
If your organisation is building AI capability, struggling with adoption, or navigating the human realities of AI transformation, I’m always open to thoughtful conversation.
