Anthony Ogbe

I’m a detail-oriented, results-driven Procurement Officer with proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to deliver cost-effective, timely goods and services. I develop procurement strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track market trends to keep spending aligned with budgets and policy requirements.

Since 2020, I’ve led procurement for medical/non-medical items at G.Global Consult (Medical unit) in Abuja. I manage procurement documents and filing, negotiate and manage vendor performance, and draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts for high-value goods and services. I also build and run procurement tracking systems, monitor unit accountability structures, and coordinate closely with clinical departments and finance to align purchasing with hospital goals.

Before that, I strengthened my procurement foundation as a Procurement and Store Officer at Urban Bite Restaurant (2016–2020) and as a Procurement Officer at Royal Hotel (2013–2016). Across hospitality and food service, I purchased supplies, negotiated for best prices and quality, maintained inventory levels, evaluated supplier performance, and ensured compliance with relevant standards. I bring strong communication, negotiation, documentation discipline, and analytical reporting—plus a hands-on leadership approach through training and managing procurement team operations.
