I’m a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years building scalable systems for complex B2B platforms—internal tools, operational dashboards, and data-heavy product surfaces. I’m driven by translating operational complexity into structured, role-aware UX that teams can ship confidently.

At Scrums.com (embedded with OneCart), I led a structural redesign of discovery and search, unifying taxonomy across 6–7 retailer inventories and rebuilding cross-store search with fuzzy matching. I also replaced a static homepage with a CMS-driven content layer, contributing to 29% average YoY customer growth and 18% average YoY revenue growth (2023–2025).

I redesigned a post-order journey for a multi-store grocery marketplace by mapping complex backend events into a clear seven-state customer status system with channel-aware notifications. I also rebuilt Spotlight OMS, an internal operational control center used by 100+ agents and supervisors to monitor 20,000+ daily orders, including role-based visibility, status/badge architecture, and the live operational dashboard.

Previously at Maon Technology and Vertex Hub, I designed an enterprise operations dashboard used by 10,000 sales representatives and delivered an end-to-end P2P ecommerce mobile application. Alongside product work, I’m actively building CrowdSync (an event operations and payments platform) and NokGridCore (an open-source dashboard design system) with a target of 5% or less design-to-code variance.
