What I'm looking for

I seek senior full-stack or technical leadership roles where I can lead teams, design scalable multi-tenant systems, adopt open-source tooling, and deliver client-facing SaaS or enterprise deployments.

I am a Full Stack Developer with over 20 years building desktop, client/server and multi-tenant web applications for enterprise and SMB clients.

I led product development for payroll and timekeeping integrated with biometric devices, built a kiosk-based queue management system (QTrax), and migrated legacy client/server apps to cloud SaaS like TruckStar for 3PL operations, including deployments across ASEAN.

As General Manager & CTO I grew a development team from a one-person shop, owned structural design, UI/UX, contracts and operational upkeep, and handled client implementations and training.

I favor open-source tooling and pragmatic stacks (FirebirdSQL, Lazarus/FreePascal, Delphi, Ubuntu, TortoiseSVN, Bootstrap, jQuery, JSON/REST, Oracle/PL/SQL) and bring hands-on delivery, support, and a client-focused approach to product and operations.
