At African Leadership University, I direct the global in-house legal function and advise executive leadership on cross-border higher education operations, enterprise modelling, and company secretarial affairs. I devised the corporate governance matrix, board charters, risk management framework, Code of Ethics, and safeguarding policies, and I own Group data privacy compliance.
At ENL Group, I served as Data Protection Officer and project-managed group-wide privacy compliance and data governance for customer analytics. I also managed contracts across property development, leasing, distribution, sponsorship, and services.
Earlier, I set up and led the in-house legal departments at Harel Mallac & Co. Ltd and Medine Group, advising on legal risk, governance, and regulatory compliance. I’m sworn to the Bars of England & Wales and Mauritius, qualified to practise in Mauritius, and a Certified Ethics Officer.
