I work on requirement gathering and documentation, including BRD, FRD, SRS, and RFPs, as well as process mapping and workflow automation using BuildSmart, Power BI, and Python. My work has supported successful UAT sign-offs and projects delivered ahead of schedule.
I’m an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, with additional certifications in ISO 27001 ISMS, ECBA (IIBA), and IT Risk Management. I bring experience in stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum delivery, and data-driven decision-making.
