In my Data Analyst Intern role at AI Variant, I analyzed 370K+ crowdfunding records (2010–2019) and built fully automated Power BI dashboards with dynamic slicers, cutting client reporting prep time by eliminating manual Excel aggregation. I also engineered a 9,600-row restaurant dataset end-to-end in SQL + Power Query, reducing data prep time by ~60% and enabling same-day dashboard delivery. I built KPI dashboards across Total Revenue, Average Rating, Backer Count, Service Index, and Cuisine Diversity, surfaced strategy-defining insights (e.g., premium-priced and North Indian cuisines outperform peers), and improved decision turnaround through self-serve exploration for stakeholders.
