I seek editorial roles where I can manage manuscript quality, engage reviewers and editors, and improve publication workflows within collaborative, growth-oriented teams.

I am a dedicated editorial professional with hands-on experience supporting journal workflows, reviewer recruitment, and author services at Springer Nature. I proactively solve problems, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure quality and compliance across submission-to-publication processes.

My background includes conducting rigorous quality checks on manuscripts for grammar, formatting, citations, ethics, and scope, and coordinating with Editorial Board Members to facilitate timely peer review. I also guide authors through submission, pre-submission and APC queries, and provide constructive feedback to improve manuscript readiness.

I leverage strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI to monitor processes, report results, and drive continuous improvement in editorial operations.
