At HCL Technologies, I assess the security posture of enterprise SaaS, SAP, internal, and AI-based applications across the UK, Europe, and Australia. I review configurations, identify misconfigurations, and design mitigations aligned with enterprise security baselines.
I validate MFA, SSO, RBAC, privileged access, encryption, logging, backup, and disaster recovery controls. I also assess LLM-powered applications against OWASP LLM Top 10 principles, including privacy, input/output controls, access governance, and compliance risks.
I own risk lifecycles in ServiceNow, from evidence collection and SLA tracking through remediation validation and closure. I build practical security assessment patterns and automation-driven workflows that improve continuous monitoring and speed remediation.
