At Boston Scientific, I partner with the CTO and senior business leaders to turn business priorities into enterprise technology strategy and transformation roadmaps. I drive enterprise AI roadmaps and governance, including Responsible AI, and work with engineering, infrastructure, security, product and data science teams on AI-enabled solutions. At KPMG, I established an Enterprise Architecture Practice and Technology Centre of Excellence, led a 25-member architecture organization, and supported initiatives that contributed to US$27.2M in cash savings and US$98.3M in business value at Boston Scientific.
