At Tellie Pact Global Tech Services LLP, I supported production operations for an employee management platform hosted on AWS ECS. I monitored clusters, services, and containers, and troubleshot application issues using logs and ECS service events.

I also performed container restarts, deployment verification, and post-release validation. I assisted with domain mapping, SSL certificate validation, and API Gateway integration, and supported releases and deployment documentation.

In my projects, I deployed an employee management application on Amazon EKS and built a cloud-native e-commerce platform using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS EKS. My career objective is to help ensure application reliability, minimize downtime, and support a strong customer experience.
