At PwC SDC, I work in the UK Corporate Finance team, focusing on the TMT sector. I lead a small team of Associates conducting industry research, market mapping, and company and transaction screening.
I prepare company profiles and support client materials such as pitches, teasers, and information memorandum decks. I also work on buy-side and sell-side mandates, including comparable company analysis and benchmarking.
Previously, I wrote daily TMT publications at Market Realist and built financial models at Moody’s Analytics, including revenue forecasts for publicly listed companies. At Zacks Research Pvt. Ltd., I prepared equity research reports and investor-focused publications on companies in the Telecom and Airlines sectors.
