Anindya Roy

I’m a backend software engineer with hands-on production experience building real-time, fault-tolerant systems for network monitoring and low-latency communication platforms. I enjoy designing multi-threaded processing pipelines and REST APIs in Python, and I’m comfortable owning a feature from design through deployment and production support.

In my current role at NybSys Inc, I designed and built a multi-threaded fault-ingestion service that monitors FTP servers and transforms telecom device logs into structured alarm data for a real-time Network Management System (NMS). I implemented a Finite State Machine for file lifecycle management with automatic recovery of interrupted files, reducing manual intervention when failures occur. I also contributed to Sentra, a low-latency Push-to-Talk (PTT) application using C++/Qt, and built and integrated a License Management module with FastAPI to support admins and unlock premium capabilities.

Previously at UY Systems Ltd, I developed and maintained government web portals within the national portal system, implementing features and content updates while ensuring compliance with official standards. I collaborated with teammates to identify and resolve software bugs, improving overall software reliability and delivery quality.
