What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into a data analyst or business analyst role where I can use SQL, Python, Excel, and visualization tools to turn operational data into reporting, insights, and process improvements.

At KFIN Technologies, I process mutual fund investor requests across purchases, redemptions, switches, KYC updates, folio servicing, and operational exceptions. I review records and supporting documents, trace discrepancies, coordinate resolutions, and maintain trackers for pending requests, ageing, and service closures.

I've used daily operational data to identify recurring process gaps, with some proposed fixes incorporated into updated SOPs. I’m transitioning into data analyst and business analyst roles, supported by hands-on SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and Looker Studio work.

In my payment failure analytics project, I analyzed 590K+ transactions across 10 banks and five payment gateways, finding that soft declines drove over 70% of failures and highlighted recovery opportunities through retries.
