At HelpAge India’s Institute of Longevity and Ageing Research, I lead the research vision and evidence agenda on ageing, social protection, health systems, and age-inclusive development. I oversee research and evaluation initiatives and the policy briefs, reports, and other evidence products that support informed decisions.
At the University of Global Health Equity, I directed global health research and a multi-country consortium generating evidence for government policy and health sector reform. I secured more than USD 10 million in research funding and co-chaired the WHO Digital Health Competency Framework on Leadership and Governance.
Across roles at HelpAge International, SRM University, icddr,b, and Catholic Relief Services, I have led or supported research, evaluation, and evidence-to-policy work. My work has included securing and managing more than USD 15 million in donor funding at HelpAge International and contributing to research governance, implementation science, and policy guidance.
