At PT. Tiga Berlian Mandiri (Tiberman), I updated and managed more than 100,000 records across stock, PIC, competitor, revenue, and customer databases. I also checked sales visits against branch revenue and sales performance.
I prepared weekly and monthly reports using Excel and Looker Studio, and worked on sales travel requests and their reports. I also entered new products into oddo and worked on sales revenue progress.
As an Assistant Lecturer for Social and Business Research at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), I supported students with research methods and statistical techniques. I guided them through data collection, sampling, questionnaire preparation, data validation, and statistical analysis.
In practical sessions, I supported data exploration and visualization, descriptive analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). I also reviewed student research projects and gave feedback on data quality, methods, and interpretation. As a private tutor, I prepare students for university and civil-service entrance exams and have helped more than 12 students enter public universities.
