I am a customer service and operations professional with over 10 years of experience, primarily within the customer service industry. In the past 5 years, I have gained extensive experience supporting teams, managing customer concerns, handling escalations, monitoring KPIs, coaching employees, and coordinating daily operations.

One of my significant achievements was being asked to join a program that was struggling to meet its performance targets and had been placed on a Performance Improvement Plan. I worked with the team to identify performance gaps, improve accountability, provide coaching, and monitor progress. Within three months, we were able to meet the required targets and ultimately exceed them.

I have also supported administrative and operational activities, including preparing end-of-month presentations and reports, assisting with incentive calculations, supporting interviews, managing client communication, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

I enjoy solving problems, learning new systems, helping others develop, and finding ways to improve processes. I am particularly interested in remote opportunities in customer service, customer experience, administration, operations, onboarding, and team leadership. I’m looking for a company where I can use my experience, contribute to measurable results, and continue growing professionally.
