I've delivered behavioral health, detox, crisis stabilization, and care-coordination nursing across organizations including Gallus Detox Services, Denver Health, Denver Springs Behavioral Health, and AspenPointe. I use clinical criteria, ASAM-informed level-of-care assessment, and real-time documentation to support treatment authorization, transitions, and discharge planning.

At Advanced Orthopedic Associates, I handled outpatient surgical precertification and prior authorization, CPT, ICD, and HCPCS coding, charge posting, and insurance denial appeals. I also coordinated payer requirements, referrals, and reimbursement issues for surgical and durable medical equipment claims.

I've helped open residential, detox, inpatient opiate-treatment, and rehabilitation programs at Red Rock Recovery Center, Recovery Village at Palmer Lake, and Health Solutions. My work included building clinical policies and workflows, training staff, supporting Joint Commission and state compliance, and strengthening documentation and quality-improvement practices.
