I build practical legal infrastructure for high-risk and regulated digital businesses across iGaming, fintech, payments, crypto, SaaS and online platforms. I advise founders and executive teams on licensing and market entry, cross-border corporate structuring, AML/CTF, KYC/KYB/EDD, payment and banking relationships, commercial contracts, privacy and IP. My focus is turning complex rules into workable structures, controls and decisions that support growth.

At iGaming Group [NDA], I built an end-to-end in-house legal function for an international iGaming business, including corporate structures across jurisdictions and a board-level reporting framework. I designed a multi-jurisdiction regulatory risk strategy and AML/KYC/EDD workflows, implemented Jira-based contract lifecycle management with compliance checklists and approval workflows, and developed an IP protection programme covering trademark filings, domain monitoring and takedown playbooks.

At RGK Mobile, I built corporate structures across Europe, Asia and the CIS and advised on contracts with advertisers, publishers and affiliate networks. Earlier, at Phase One: Karma, I supported US/EU public tenders, international tax planning, GDPR readiness and M&A. At Juscutum Consulting Group, I built an IT/Media Law practice and handled UDRP domain disputes before WIPO. I hold a Master of Laws from Kyiv University of Law and have completed professional training in intellectual property through WIPO.
