At SPRIBE, I extend the Broadway Platform CRM with real-time player segmentation, automated journeys, and personalized promotions. I’ve added 18+ segmentation filters and developed rewards based on player context.

I also improved campaign compliance and deliverability, added multi-currency analytics, and led a zero-loss migration to centralized authorization with API permission scopes and two-factor authentication.

At UDC | Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine, I doubled export generation speed and reduced SQL query latency by 40%. I also developed an archive service and auditing service, and established an integration-testing framework.
