At Orange Business Services, I configure Cisco routers, OneAccess devices, and Fortinet appliances. I troubleshoot network issues and coordinate the resolution of critical incidents at isolated sites.
As Senior Systems and Network Administrator at Blueline Madagascar, I managed three corporate LANs and administered Linux and Windows servers. I also implemented network architectures, optimized QoS and firewall security, and managed server backups.
Earlier, I managed LWS VPS infrastructure as a freelance IT Support Engineer and handled email delivery and OVH virtual machines at iTendro. At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (M.A.E – Madagascar), I worked on a project studying and implementing a secure VoIP solution.
