Andrew Sipotz
@andrewsipotz
Game producer and development leader delivering music and world-building across AAA games.
What I'm looking for
I’m a game producer who thrives in fast-paced, cross-discipline environments—bringing budgets, schedules, vendors, and workflows into alignment so creative teams can ship. At Epic Games, I’ve led production for the Epic Music Team and related initiatives across Fortnite, LEGO Fortnite, Fortnite Festival, Rocket League, and an unannounced Disney title, including vendor and contractor oversight, workflow development, and IP coordination with timelines, reviews, and partner processes.
What I’m most proud of is measurable delivery and smarter operations: in 2025 I increased original music production output by 60%, creating roughly 30 minutes of in-game music, 12 original tracks, and 15 musical emotes per quarter; in 2026 I reduced quarterly spending by 40% while creating the same amount of content. Before that, I built and scaled teams—at 2K I created a new business unit (Global Audio Services) that grew to 10 employees across 5 projects and operated below cost within two months, and I served as Producer across multiple AAA titles, including VO direction for casting and sessions. I also served as Development Director for The Sims 4, project-managing world building/level design and VFX while shipping 7 Sims expansions and leading post-morts adoption of Jira into studio workflow; earlier roles included accessibility leadership on South Park: The Fractured But Whole and platform integration, localization, QA, and community oversight on Devilian.

Created a new business unit within 2K: Global Audio Services and grew it to 10 employees across 5 projects. Served as Producer across four AAA projects and coordinated voice-over casting and sessions as Global Services primary VO director.
Directed project work for the world building/level design team and the VFX team for The Sims 4. Shipped seven Sims expansions, supported two unannounced projects, adopted Jira into the studio workflow for art discipline post-mortems, and managed 16 senior-level employees across multiple disciplines.
Produced South Park: The Fractured But Whole by tasking and managing level designers, the audio team, and the UI team. Served as liaison between South Park Studios and the Ubisoft/dev team, managed milestone planning and tasking, and led an accessibility project expanding options for gamers with disabilities.
